DESCRIPTION
We built relationships with one of the best suppliers there is to develop this beautiful deck.
Construction: 3 layers of vertically laminated bamboo with 2 layers of fiberglass together with a traditional concave on the outer edges of the deck for maximum comfort and control.
Feel: The bamboo and fiberglass construction provides a medium flex underfoot when riding. This deck is perfect for beginners, or riders wanting the most flex!
Aesthetics: The bamboo deck has a classic longboard look with traditional grip tape down the outsides with clear grip down through the middle.
The GTR Bamboo deck also has an adjustable truck hole system that allows the user to move the trucks back or forth allowing further customize to the ride.

I'm a long time Evolve customer, and upgraded to the GTR from the bamboo GT, which is still in great condition. Both sides of the new board have snapped. I tried to warranty the first break but since I couldn't find original receipt (I was on Vaca in CA) they couldn't do anything. Not even a discount on a replacement board. There is clearly a weak point at the end which they refuse to acknowledge as an issue. Dissapointed.
Old one broke after a few years of absolutely ripping. These things have changed the game. It’s one of the very few purchases where I never get tired of using. My dog loves it too since she is so high energy. Dogs runs are a daily venture that I look forward to daily.

Having a blank deck to be able to do what ever you want on it is Awesome
honestly the best bamboo deck for a mid
size 2 in1 setup.
The deck seems all good and solid and works well after mounting battery and trucks to it. The grip tape doesn’t stick very well ! Evolve could offer decks without” griptape” so people can put what they want on.
The board is very comfortable and works well in all terrains. There is much more I would like to say , however just enjoy the progression and travel safely
Had some issues with my board after the deck snapped due to a large crack I went over. It was under warranty and Evolve had it fixed and back to me within a few days! Every other eskate brand just sends parts when something goes wrong with your board but Evolve has a repair center. This is why I will be a lifelong Evolve skateboard rider.
